As far as the writing aspect of this semester I haven’t learned anything new. That’s not to say that I thought this semester was useless but I’ve been in journalism since early high and all three years of college so most of the topic taught this semester weren’t new to me. The one thing that I did learn about was twitter. I had no clue what this way. I didn’t realize that people were so connected to the world. I also realized how prominent blog is. I guess you can say that I have extremely behind and disconnected from the world around me. Both of these are awesome ways to get good info in a quick and easy way. And that’s what our generation is all about right? Quick and Easy wins the race! The other thing that I learned while working on our paper was communication. Communication is always key in any type of relationship personal and work related. It was a little difficult this semester because most of our staff was new. If they were not new to the staff they were new in their positions. Fortunately since we’re all new to this game we were able to relate and it all came together really well. I enjoyed this semester a lot. The only thing that I would change would be the lack of photography. Seeing as photographs are a big part of the paper there should be more about them and the people of take them.
